Due to the nature of our products, we are sorry, but all personalized items are non-refundable. However if there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service immediately. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. All items ordered within 10 days of your wedding date are non-refundable.

We offer a 10 day return policy on non-personalized items. All returned items will be shipped at purchasers expense and no refunds on original shipping cost, only the actual unopened product will be refunded. Payment will be refunded to the original credit card or a company check will be issued once your original check has cleared through our bank.

There is a $30 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) check charge for all returned checks.
